Two commercial buildings have been put up for sale in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent, according to data from E-auksion.

The properties are located on the site of the former Tashkent Tractor Plant, near the intersection of Buyuk Ipak Yuli and Gulsanam streets. They are currently owned by Amkodor-Agrotexmash.

Buyers are offered a three-story office building and a single-story production workshop, constructed in 1953 and 1963 respectively. The properties occupy 0.99 hectares of land, with a total area of 10,200 square meters.

Utilities such as electricity, water supply, and sewage are available. The buildings are sold as a single lot, without any contents inside.

The starting price for the lot is 38.18 billion soums. The auction will take place on January 27 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
