In the Yakkasaray district of Tashkent, two buildings are up for sale, as reported on the E-auksion website.

The property is located in an alley near the intersection of Mukimi and Babur streets, close to the capital's airport. According to public data, there is a transport division of "Asakabank" situated here.

The complex offered to buyers includes a 4-story office building and a single-story utility structure on a plot of land measuring 1.09 hectares. The total area of the premises is 6708 sq. m., with a usable area of 3523 sq. m.

All utilities are available—electricity, gas, water supply, and sewage. The lot is being sold according to a decision made by the bank's board in October 2024.

The starting price is 178.76 billion sums. The auction begins on January 27 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
