The State Assets Management Agency has announced an extension for accepting applications for the privatization of the government stake in the company "Uzagrosanoatlokh."
The privatization process for this asset began in November. Three candidates expressed their interest in purchasing it and were allowed to submit binding offers.
However, the prices they proposed were below the estimated market value of the asset. For this reason, the agency extends the acceptance of applications for interest in purchasing the asset until 23:59 Tashkent time on February 4.
Applications and accompanying documents are accepted at the email address [email protected]. Enterprises with state participation are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
