The National Bank of Uzbekistan, one of the largest financial institutions in the country, continues to enhance the quality of service for its clients. To improve convenience and accessibility, the bank is implementing a new operating schedule — several branches across the nation will now be open on weekends from 09:00 to 17:00.

This is particularly relevant for those who are unable to visit the bank during weekdays. Weekend operations will allow clients to address their financial matters at a time that suits them best.

On weekends, the bank will facilitate the following transactions:

  • currency exchange;
  • utility bill payments through the Munis system;
  • cash withdrawals and replenishment of plastic cards;
  • sending and receiving international money transfers;
  • issuance of plastic cards;
  • making payments in the national currency for legal entities.

Transactions available through the Milliy mobile application:

  • installation and activation of the Milliy app;
  • setting up push notifications (instead of SMS/Telegram bot);
  • opening and managing an online deposit;
  • submitting an application for an online microloan;
  • payment transfers for all services, money transfers — from card to card, interbank, international;
  • setting and changing the PIN code;
  • blocking and unblocking cards, setting transaction limits — cash withdrawals, online purchases etc.

In 24/7 mode, the bank provides online services:

  • for individual clients — via the Milliy app;
  • for legal entities — through iBank.
