On January 3, E-auksion hosted an auction for a plot of land located in the "Alisherobod" mahalla of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district in Tashkent.

The entire process took just over 10 minutes. The only bid was made by Valid Trading, which offered 522.7 billion sums, or 5% more than the starting price of the lot.

The plot in question is situated between New Uzbekistan Street, Binokor Street, and Jasorat Street, directly across from the under-construction "Tashkent-East" airport, covering an area of 25.5 hectares. It has been connected to electricity, water supply, and gas supply.

This area is planned for the construction of apartment buildings ranging from 4 to 6 stories, offices, hotels, and retail and service facilities. The property is leased for 49 years, and the auction winner must make the first payment within 15 business days and pay the remaining amount within three years.

According to data from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations (EGRPO), the private company Valid Trading was established in the Zangiata district of Tashkent region in 2019 and is engaged in wholesale trade. Its charter capital amounts to 1.04 billion sums, and the sole founder is Voris Abduvaliev.

Additionally, Abduvaliev is listed as the head of Gatter Group LLC in Tashkent, which specializes in wholesale trade of food and beverages. Co-owners of this company, which has a charter capital of 29.3 billion sums, include Ravshan Jamilov and Fathulla Sadikov.
