The Bureau of Forced Execution has put commercial premises for sale in the Shaykhantahur district of Tashkent, as reported on E-auksion.
Buyers are being offered a portion of the fourth floor in a 17-story unfinished building located within the Tashkent City area. It is situated in the northeastern part of the complex, close to the entrances of the "Alisher Navoi" and "Pahktakor" metro stations.
The total area of the premises amounts to 7014 sq. m., of which 5996 sq. m. is available for sale. The property was used as collateral for a loan and is being sold in accordance with the decision of the Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court (enforcement document 4−1001−2408/44127).
The starting price for the lot is 54 billion sums. The auction will take place on March 13 at 10:00 AM, and applications can be submitted no later than 9:00 AM on the same day.
Last November, the Bureau of Forced Execution auctioned several premises in the unfinished Park In Mall building, which is also located in Tashkent City. They were valued at 4.46 billion sums.
