The Hambi platform, launched in Uzbekistan by the global digital operator VEON, consolidates popular services for daily life into a single application. In particular, users of any mobile operator can access financial services, including:

  • Fee-free P2P transfers;
  • TV programs and games;
  • car insurance;
  • online shopping;
  • ticket booking.

For Beeline Uzbekistan users, managing their SIM cards is also convenient, allowing them to check balances, activate services, and choose optimal tariffs and internet packages.

Since the launch of the new platform, users have already received over 500 online consultations through the Hambi Davo service, which connects them with doctors from various specialties in Uzbekistan and other countries. This service is particularly crucial for individuals who cannot visit clinics in a timely manner. For instance, a Tashkent doctor assisted a young mother, Aisha from Samarkand, whose three-year-old son was suffering from severe abdominal pain. Thanks to Hambi Davo, Aisha was able to connect with a pediatric specialist within fifteen minutes, discuss the symptoms, and receive recommendations. The treatment plan was adjusted the following day based on the boy's condition.

“I never expected to receive quality help online. Doctor Said saved my son from prolonged suffering, and I am immensely grateful for that,” Aisha shared.

In another case, a Tashkent pediatrician diagnosed 52-year-old Mariyam from Nukus with a hypertensive crisis and helped her take urgent measures to stabilize her condition. Hambi Davo enables specialists to provide online consultations to residents throughout Uzbekistan, including remote areas.

“Our mission with Hambi is to help our clients utilize useful and convenient services every minute of the day through modern platforms. Users of all mobile operators can address their everyday needs, enjoy entertainment, receive medical advice, manage their finances, and even plan vacations here. We continue to develop Hambi, focusing on the real needs of current and future clients of the ecosystem,” comments Maxim Efremov, Commercial Director of Beeline Uzbekistan.

Other Hambi services also show high demand; for instance, over 50,000 vehicles have been added to Hambi Auto for insurance policy issuance and information tracking.
