On the E-auksion platform, bidding concluded on January 27 for a plot of land designated for construction in Samarkand. The plot was valued at 195.8 billion som.
The winner of the competition was the construction company Memar, which received the highest score. A contract is now expected to be signed between them and the client.
According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the company Memar was established in Samarkand in March 2024. The sole founder of the enterprise, which has a charter capital of 2 million som, was Akmal Tukhtamuradov.
The 30.6-hectare plot along Spitamen Street was put up for sale in August 2024. Previously, it housed the military barracks of the Samarkand Higher Military Automobile Command School.
Several remaining structures with a total area of 4.1 thousand square meters are located on the site. However, engineering communications are currently absent.
The property is being sold in accordance with a privatization decree issued in April of this year. The area is proposed for residential construction in line with the city's master plan.
Update: according to recent data from the register, the charter capital of the company Memar is 47.78 million som. The firm is 100% owned by Ilkhom Sattarov.
