The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services commented on the information regarding the construction of a complex of buildings at the site of the "Beshagach" market in Tashkent.

The agency deemed the information about plans to build a "large business center" in this location as "not corresponding to reality." It was emphasized in the statement that construction permits are issued in accordance with the city's master plan.

"According to the master plan, the construction of buildings up to 9 floors is permitted in this area. Currently, there is no active permit or directive regarding architectural planning for the construction of a business center here," the Ministry stated.

On January 13, the administration of the Chilanzar district reported on negotiations with the Turkish company Albayrak Holding regarding the planned Skyvision complex. It was noted that it is proposed to be built on the territory occupied by the "Beshagach" market.

The administration also provided a photo from one of the slides of the project presentation. It shows 4 buildings: two residential apartment buildings (Crown Residence), one office building (Skyscraper), and one mixed-use building (Wave Residence & Office).

Later, the press service of the district administration clarified that the construction project is in the discussion stage. Officials have reviewed Albayrak's proposal but have not yet approved the construction plan, its timeline, or the budget.

"If similar proposals arise, the administration is ready to hold a meeting with investors to attract investments," the statement said.

Earlier, Spot reported that a Chinese company would build residential complexes worth $750 million in "New Namangan."
