On February 24, E-auksion held an auction for a plot of land and buildings belonging to the state enterprise "UznaSlchilik" in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent.

The winner of the competition was recognized as Homey Gold, which received the highest score. They offered exactly 120 billion sums for the lot—5% above the starting price.

The plot with buildings was put up for auction for the first time at the end of November. The livestock farm occupies an area of 5.4 hectares in the "Ijodkor" neighborhood on the outskirts of the capital.

The total area of the premises is 10,700 square meters. All utilities are available—electricity, gas, water supply, and sewage. The plot was valued at 116.45 billion sums.

The lot is being sold in accordance with a presidential decree from August 2023. The buyer will be required to construct apartment buildings as well as administrative buildings for the neighborhood's employees.

Previously, Spot reported that a piece of land in western Tashkent was sold at auction for 55 billion sums.
