If the rent is paid on time within 4 years, the lessee will obtain ownership of the property.

The President has instructed to pay attention to the export of remote services in new areas such as accounting, consulting, insurance, and more. The goal is to organize the training of specialists based on demand in other countries.

The annual export of IT services is expected to rise to $1 billion, with a total volume of 80 trillion sums. The President reminded that there is a connection between competitiveness in the service sector and digitalization, emphasizing that leaders who delay the development of digital infrastructure are “against the policy of openness.”
