Following Shavkat Mirziyoyev's visit to Kuwait, agreements worth $4.9 billion were signed in the economic sector.

The events of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's first official visit to Kuwait have concluded. During his stay in the city of Kuwait, the leader of Uzbekistan engaged in historic negotiations with Emir Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, as well as productive meetings with key government members and leaders of major companies and financial institutions in the country.

As part of the cultural program, the President of Uzbekistan toured the exhibits at the "Al-Salam Palace" museum, showcasing the culture and history of the Kuwaiti people.

At the conclusion of the visit, President Mirziyoyev was seen off at the international airport in Kuwait City by Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled and other officials.

The head of state then departed for Tashkent.
