A complex of buildings has been put up for sale in the Kibray district of the Tashkent region, as reported on E-auksion.
The property is located in the Bunyodkor neighborhood, near the border of the region with the city of Tashkent, and covers an area of 1.14 hectares. It includes an office building and a production workshop, as well as auxiliary extensions.
The total area of the premises is 5,375 square meters, with a usable area of 4,558 square meters. Among this, 1,500 square meters are attributed to undocumented buildings. The property is equipped with gas, electricity, and water supply.
The buildings belong to the company Niyat Baraka and were previously used for juice production. The lot is being sold based on a decision made by the company's creditors in December 2024.
The starting price is 36.1 billion sums. Bidding will commence on February 4 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
