The Uzum Bank app has introduced instant money transfers using phone numbers. Users can select a contact from a list or manually enter the number to send funds to a card from any bank. This service is available for transfers from Uzum cards as well as from cards of other banks.

This new feature simplifies personal finance management—there's no need to fill out card details to transfer money to family or friends. Just provide the phone number, and the app will display the linked cards to which money can be sent. This helps ensure the security of card data at all stages and reduces the risk of errors when entering details.

Uzum Bank users can already make phone number transfers within the country. In the future, sending money to friends and family via phone number will also be possible internationally.
