The auction on E-auksion has concluded for a 9-story administrative building located in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent, as reported on E-auksion.

The results of the competition were revealed on January 7 at 10:00. The winning bid was submitted by the joint venture Techno Cable Group, which received the maximum score of 100 points from the competition commission.

The company is required to pay 31.25 billion sums for the building. A jewelry cluster is planned to be established here.

The building in question is situated at the intersection of Farhad and Maksuda Sheikhzade and was put up for sale in August 2024. Currently, it houses a family clinic.

The total area of the premises is 3,927 sq. m., and it includes water supply, sewage, and electricity. The buyer will need to set up a jewelry cluster in the building that will feature production and retail spaces, a showroom, a training center, and a laboratory.

Techno Cable Group, established in 2013, specializes in the production of electrical wires and cable products, as well as copper wire. The authorized capital amounts to 2.22 billion sums, with 58.8% owned by Bosithon Haidarkhanov, 9.4% by Shahnoza Yusupova, and 31.8% by the Turkish company Akisi Enerji Sanayi Dis Ticaret.
