On February 14, a land auction took place on E-auksion for a plot of land measuring 56 hundredths in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent.

In January, Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced a series of reforms in the construction sector. Among other things, it is planned to allow the purchase of land for apartment buildings only by legal entities that are VAT payers.

Earlier, Spot reported that a basement of a residential building was put up for auction in the Alai market area.
