The State Asset Management Agency has put up for auction a complex of buildings in the Almazar district of Tashkent, as reported on E-auksion.
The property is located in an industrial zone near the Karakamysh canal and covers a land area of 0.51 hectares. The construction area is 2398 square meters. All utilities are available — gas, electricity, water supply, and sewage.
The three-story office building and auxiliary structures, built in 1970, are under the balance of the State Unitary Enterprise "Diplomatic Service" under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The lot is being auctioned in accordance with a decree from the Cabinet of Ministers.
The starting price of the lot is 31.57 billion sums. The auction will begin on March 18 at 10:00 AM, and applications can be submitted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
