On January 27, the auction for the Turon City Plaza hotel building in Bukhara concluded, according to the website's data.
The auction lasted 31 minutes and consisted of ten rounds. The winning bid was made by the company Omad Plyus, which offered 67.55 billion soms, or 1.5 times the starting price. A contract is now expected to be signed.
According to the EGRPO data, a company named Omad Plyus was registered in the Yangiyul district of Tashkent region in 2013. The firm is engaged in "activities in the field of general medical practice."
The company's authorized capital amounts to 636.5 million soms and is 100% owned by Kushakov Ramazan Ubaevich. The manager listed is Tadjibaev Shaabrol Shanazarovich.
The hotel building along with the adjacent land in the Bukhara City area was put up for auction at the beginning of 2024. This was due to a decision by the Bukhara Interdistrict Economic Court from November 2023 (executive document 4−2001−2305/2078).
The hotel is being sold with an adjacent land plot totaling 0.55 hectares. The total area of the premises is 8251.7 sq. m. All utilities are available—electricity, gas, water supply, and sewage. Initially, the lot was valued at 35 billion soms, but by the final auction, the starting price had risen to 45.03 billion soms.
