Bureaucracy will be prevented in corporate relationships.

According to the law, amendments and additions have been made to certain legislative acts, which include:

• the elimination of the unitary enterprise and additional liability company forms;
• in the reorganization of legal entities through merger, joining, and changing the organizational and legal form, the rights and obligations of enterprises will transfer to the reorganized legal entity, regardless of whether they are specified in the transfer document;
• the establishment of the legal status of such institutions as corporate agreements, consortia, and consortium agreements;
• the cancellation of the requirement for state registration of the founding agreement for limited liability companies and any amendments made to it;
• the disclosure of decisions by supervisory boards of economic societies regarding the issuance of shares, corporate bonds, and other securities as a significant fact in accordance with legal documents;
• the publication by the authorized state body for the regulation of the securities market of information concerning the state registration of the issuance of securities, as well as the issuance of licenses for professional activities in the securities market.
