In the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent, a production complex of buildings has been put up for sale, as reported on E-auksion.
The property is located in an industrial area between the Salar canal and Sayram street. The complex comprises a three-story production building and several one- and two-story administrative structures, most of which were constructed in 2016.
The site on which the complex is situated covers 2.22 hectares, with just under half of it built upon. The total area of the premises amounts to 18,000 square meters. All utilities are available, including gas, electricity, water supply, and sewage.
The starting price of the lot is 64.79 billion soums. The auction will take place on March 28 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted no later than 9:00 AM on the same day.
The lot is being sold in accordance with a decision made by the Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court issued in April 2023 (enforcement document 4−1001−2201/59862).
