The Enforcement Bureau has put up for sale a building located in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent, as reported on the E-auksion website.

This four-story structure, built in 2022, is situated in the "Khojiabad" neighborhood on Sharaf Street, not far from the Uriczar market. Currently, it houses a private medical center called Doctor Ra’no.

The lot occupies a land area of 4.5 hundredths, with a total space of 1,866 square meters and a usable area of 1,623 square meters. Only electricity is connected, while water supply and gas supply are absent.

The starting price for the lot is 12.6 billion sums. The auction will commence on February 21 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted until 9:00 AM on the same day.

The property is being sold in accordance with a decision by the Fergana Inter-District Economic Court in July 2024 (enforcement document 4−1001−2415/5697).
