The Bureau of Enforcement has put a commercial building up for auction in the Shayhantahur district of Tashkent, as reported on E-auksion.
The three-story building with a basement, constructed in 2006, is located on Samarkand Darvoza Street, near the Aktapa Square. According to the photos, it houses the Tanho Grand restaurant (banquet hall) as well as a snack bar.
The property includes premises with a total area of 2115 sq. m. and a usable area of 1673 sq. m. All utilities are available—gas, electricity, water supply, and qualifications. There is an unregistered structure on the premises, measuring 37 sq. m.
The starting price of the lot is 6 billion sums. The auction will begin on February 17 at 10:00 AM, and applications can be submitted until 9:00 AM on the same day.
The lot is being sold in accordance with the decision of the Chirchik Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases from June 2022 (enforcement document 4−1102−2302/1721).
