In the Yukorichirchik district, a "smart medical cluster" is set to be established in collaboration with South Korea, as reported by the press service of the Tashkent region's hokimiyat.

The head of the regional administration, Zoir Mirzaev, met last week with the director of Haeahn Consulting & Development, Hong Gi-Pum. The guest presented the officials with the medical cluster project.

The project includes a large complex for receiving medical tourists, designed according to international standards. It will also feature an emergency hospital and a branch of a Korean medical university.

Additionally, the cluster is expected to include an international school and a preschool educational institution. Nearby, a business center, shopping complex, hotel, and residential building are planned.

During the meeting, several other proposals were discussed. The hokimiyat expressed its readiness to provide "comprehensive assistance" to the South Korean side in implementing joint projects.

Previously, Spot reported that real estate, hotels, and restaurants worth $490 million are being constructed in "New Tashkent."

Haeahn Consulting & Development (HC&D) is part of the South Korean group Haeahn Architecture. The group has worked on projects such as the Korean National Aviation Museum and G-Tower in Incheon.
