By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. 910, dated December 30, 2024), the regulation "On the Procedure for Remote Monitoring of Compliance by State Bodies and Organizations with Obligations Established by Regulatory Legal Documents in the Field of Ensuring Transparency" has been approved.
The regulation includes the following provisions:
The Anti-Corruption Agency monitors the compliance of state bodies and organizations in the field of transparency remotely.
Remote monitoring is conducted on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
The Agency does not notify state bodies and organizations in advance about the start or conduct of remote monitoring.
Following the (results of) remote monitoring, a protocol is drawn up in cases of identified legal violations.
Violations of legal documents mentioned in the report will be sent to the monitored state body and organization in the form of a legally binding document from the Agency.
The document, having legal force, must be reviewed within 10 days from the date of its receipt by the state body and organization, the results of which must be reported to the Agency in writing, reports the Ministry of Justice.
