Amendments and additions have been made to the Law on State Duty.

According to the document, amendments and additions are made to the Law that provide for the exemption of suppliers of thermal and electrical energy from paying state duty when appealing to civil and economic courts with claims, applications, and complaints regarding the collection of debts for the respective services of supplying thermal and electrical energy.

It is also established that in the event of a full or partial rejection of their claims, this state duty may be collected from the suppliers of thermal and electrical energy.

Furthermore, an amendment clarifies that the payment of the state duty for the accreditation of representative offices of foreign commercial organizations in Uzbekistan is made annually.

This law comes into force on the day of its official publication.
