The central bank has released a list of banks whose branches will be operational during the upcoming New Year holidays and weekends.

According to the presidential decree dated December 24, residents of Uzbekistan will have a six-day holiday for the New Year celebrations—from December 28 to January 2.

Currency exchange and money transfer services will be available at the branches of 26 banks.

The list includes:

  • “Ipak Yuli Bank”;
  • NBU;
  • "Business Development Bank";
  • "Agrobank";
  • "Hamkorbank";
  • Trastbank;
  • Turonbank;
  • "Alokabank";
  • "Uzpromstroybank";
  • "People's Bank";
  • "Asakabank"
  • InFinbank;
  • "Mortgage Bank";
  • Garant Bank;
  • “Microcredit Bank”;
  • "Poytakht Bank";
  • Saderatbank;
  • Asia Alliance Bank;
  • Octobank;
  • Anor Bank;
  • Universalbank;
  • Orient Finans Bank;
  • Apex Bank;
  • Davrbank;
  • Tenge Bank;
  • Hayot Bank.

Currency exchange services will also be available through ATMs operating in a “24/7” mode and through mobile applications of commercial banks.
