In today's fast-paced life, where there is less time for everyday tasks, delivery services have evolved from a mere convenience to an integral part of family traditions. People from Uzbekistan shared how Uzum Tezkor assists them in their daily lives.

Olga, 52 years old

Olga spends most of her time at home due to limited mobility. For her, delivery has become indispensable. She regularly orders ready-made meals and cat food, taking advantage of promotions to save money.

“Sometimes it's hard to cook because of the pain in my legs, so I order fast food for my grandchildren. At the end of the month, when money is tight, I place orders on a payment plan through Uzum Nasiya. For my daughter's birthday, we order rolls and sushi – it's our little family tradition. And my grandchildren always ask for pizza on their special days. Even when we celebrate a birthday in the park, it's easy to order pizza right to the location through Uzum Tezkor,” says Olga.

Nodir, 33 years old

Nodir lives with his wife and five-year-old son. They try to cook at home, but their busy schedule doesn't always allow it. During such times, at his son's request, they order pizza. Nodir also frequently orders food with colleagues, especially during "1+1" or "2+1" promotions. He jokes that someone gets to eat for free.

“Delivery saves time. You can order food on your way home – by the time you arrive, it's already there. At work, especially when the end of the week is hectic, we order food in advance for everyone,” Nodir shared.

Zilola, 25 years old

Zilola lives with a black Scottish Fold cat that requires special food – she orders it through Uzum Tezkor twice a month. Additionally, several times a week, she buys groceries if she forgets to pick something up from the store.

“It happens to you too – you go in for one thing but end up buying something else. But in the app, you only order what you need,” Zilola shares.

Once, delivery came to her aid at an unexpected moment:

“We had unexpected guests. We decided to make potatoes with meat, but we were short on meat, so I quickly placed an order. While I was frying the potatoes, the order had already arrived,” says Zilola.

Zilola's family has a small tradition:

“Every two weeks, my married sisters come over, and we order rolls. Everyone eagerly looks forward to this day to enjoy our favorite dish together. I also have my little habit – ordering ice cream after a tough day,” Zilola recounts.

Sarvar, 36 years old

Sarvar recently welcomed a daughter who is eight months old, and he has a six-year-old son. His mother lives with them. His wife doesn’t always have time to cook, especially when she is busy with the baby, so on those days, the family orders ready-made meals.

“On weekends, we order Asian cuisine or fast food, and the whole family watches movies together. It's convenient that we can choose dishes for everyone's taste – my wife loves Chinese food, I prefer kebabs, and my son likes fast food. We place several orders, and everyone eats what they want. No need to go to a restaurant,” Sarvar shared.

Sarvar recalls a situation where delivery saved them in an unexpected scenario:

“Once, we gathered with friends and their families to grill kebabs. The kids suddenly said they didn't want kebabs. We quickly ordered fast food and the problem was solved. Now we plan ahead, knowing that it's better to order fast food for the kids during such gatherings,” Sarvar explained.
