Measures have been taken against 12 companies in the Syrdarya region for violating the Advertising Law.
Throughout 2024, the territorial office of the Antimonopoly Committee in the Syrdarya region conducted a study and monitoring of 2,655 outdoor advertising and promotional items to ensure compliance with the Law "On Advertising."
During the inspections, violations of advertising legislation were identified involving 12 enterprises: LLC "SM METAN ELIT OIL," LLC "AVESTA COMFORT ECO-GAZ," LLC "S.U.K. OIL," LLC "AS SIRDARYO SERVIS," LLC "AVTO MAG PETROL," LLC "BERDIYOR XABIB," LLC "MADINABONU ROBIYABONU HAMKOR," LLC "TEX BAZAR GROUP 001," LLC "ROXON XAA," individual entrepreneur "FARRUX MEDIO SERVIS," LLC "KHIZMAT TRAVEL," and LLC "TIRE MAX."
In response, a special commission from the territorial office initiated cases against these organizations based on signs of violations of the Law "On Advertising," in accordance with the Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers decree No. 225.
Mandatory orders were issued to rectify the identified violations and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
