A framework has been established in Uzbekistan for conducting educational activities.

Educational activity is a type of activity aimed at developing skills and qualifications necessary for personal, intellectual, and spiritual growth, increasing social and economic engagement, expressing intellectual and creative potential, and enhancing individual capabilities, opportunities, and communication skills, which are not covered by state educational standards.

The regulation establishes the procedures and forms for conducting educational activities and provides for:

• organizational and legal forms for conducting educational activities and requirements for those undertaking this activity;
• forms of conducting educational activities (report, presentation, seminar, master class, course, lecture, marathon, round table, and other forms not prohibited by law, conducted either directly or online, individually or in groups, for a fee or free of charge);
• the procedure for conducting educational activities, including the requirement for the mandatory development of an educational program if there are minors among the participants;
• the rights and obligations of participants in educational activities and actions prohibited during the conduct of educational activities.
