In Uzbekistan, a procedure has been established for lawyers to provide statistical information.
The regulation "On the Procedure for Providing Statistical Data by Legal Entities" has been registered with the Ministry of Justice (registration number 3588 dated December 23, 2024).
According to the regulation, statistical information is provided by active legal entities for each reporting period.
The statistical data will be submitted by the head of the legal entity to the regional branch of the Bar Association at the location of the legal entity through the information system "Legal Support" by July 10 for the first reporting period and by January 10 of the current year in the following year for the second reporting period.
In the event of an attorney leaving the bar, it is necessary to provide statistical information about their activities prior to leaving the bar.
The statistical information is automatically summarized by the Regional Branch of the Bar Association via the System and sent to the Bar Association no later than the 15th of the month following the end of each reporting period.
