Сотрудникам Управления по делам детей Национальной гвардии Узбекистана расширили полномочия.
The President has signed the Law dated 06.02.2025 No. ЗРУ-1024 "On amendments to the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the prevention system for offenses among minors."
According to the amendments to the Administrative Responsibility Code, the following officials are also authorized to consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties in the form of fines on behalf of the National Guard:
the head of the Department for Working with Children of the National Guard, department heads, and senior officers;
the heads of the National Guard departments in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and the city of Tashkent, their deputies, heads of investigation departments, senior psychologist inspectors, and child psychologist inspectors.
